Siân Burch grew up surrounded by horses and dogs, and has been devoted to them ever since.

 

At school her passion was art and she was offered a place at Art College at the age of 17, on the strength of her 'O' level portfolio.

 

Siân decided to forego her place at college, instead, taking up employment in the aviation industry. The lure of travelling the globe proving too great a temptation!

 

She achieved the role of Purser on the 747 and 777 aircraft with British Airways based at London Heathrow.

 

Now, with her feet firmly on the ground, Siân has found the time to rediscover her artistic passion.

 

Sian has completed commissions for clients in the UK, Ireland and France, and some of her work was recently purchased by Gliffaes Country House Hotel, Powys.

She lives with her husband Johnny, her three spaniels Archie, Gus and Jack and her two horses Rushie and Hugo in the beautiful Blackwater Valley, Co Cork, Ireland.
